A massage day was booked for today and it was Pias Hundhälsa in Sävsjö that was running the course.We started with theori information all about how and where to massage our dogs. Whilst we did this the dogs all doze off… After that and a small break it was time to get to work. They just loved it!! None of the dogs showed any resistance to such treatment! They just wanted more! Linda was with me today and here she is giving Fidela a back massage. (The pictures didn´t turn out so well today a bit blury..) Other things on the go: During the winter we have been do a hunting course. Recently we did our theori exam and we both past on the first attempt. Now the next part of the course is out in the shooting range.The snow has almost melted away and the ice is cracking up, so the dogs take an early cold swim!! We decided to try out search (look for people). This is the best thing Bonita wants to do!! To be allowed to run off and find someone that is hiding and then be praised for it!!We have been wanting to try this and it seems to be fun. You need to be several in a group to get the whole thing going in a good flow. Today there were many happy dogs wanting to come and find you. As it was our first time we had to start with that Bonita went and found someone and then stayed there till I came to get her. Some of the other more experience dogs were returning with a roll in their mouth and then they lead their owner out to where they had found the person hiding This day there were several that had come from other dog clubs.
