This time I had the camera with me. Before I arrived at the place we had agreed to meet up Ulla had already been out searching for mushrooms. Here she is holding up her `find` some large Carl Johan. Then we set up a field trial test where we stood as `judge` for each other. It was a very succesfull day took us to Australiar... or up north (bears).... no, we just ended up on the West coast!! And we didn´t see any kangaroos or bears!On the other hand there were loads of jellyfish which meant the dogs were unable to swim, though they did swim on arriving there before I saw the jellyfish. This also meant we didn´t swim either as there was a large quantity of them in the water and although the yellow ones were harmless the blue ones were not and we saw alot of thoses too, so we stuck to crabfishing instead. We managed to catch a few and Linda is showing one to Linda Fidela.. Today was the last part of this course, B provkurs.This time we were to `act´ as judge to each other. We each took it in turns and when it was Fidelas turn she did very well and got a 2nd prize. The one I judge got a first prize. This was very interesting for me as I have never done this before.Would be fun to achieve this result at a real trail next year, or even better a first prize! Holiday...... Training with Ulla...... End of course...... and Lantmasterskapet....... ..................................................................................................................................................... ..................................................................................................................................................... We participated in the Länsmästerskapet in aftersearch in Tranås. It was devided up into several parts: Tracking, shooting, analysing an unsuccessful shooting, identifying animal parts and theory. We were twenty competing and we came third place!
